Captain's Chair To Make Convention Appearances In February 2012!

Farragut Films & Starship Farragut are happy to announce that one of our set pieces, the Captain's Chair, will be displayed at two conventions in February 2012. This is the actual chair from the newly completed bridge of the Starship Farragut, constructed by our own Michael Bednar, and is an exact replica of "the chair" once occupied by James T. Kirk of the U.S.S. Enterprise.

The first convention will be Farpoint in Baltimore MD February 17-19, 2012. John Broughton, President of Farragut Films, Executive Producer and star of Starship Farragut, will be making several presentations, with costuming being the main theme. The next convention is Mysticon in Roanoake, VA February 24-26, 2012. This will be our first appearance at Mysticon, and we are very excited to be attending this year. In addition to the Captain's Chair, we will also be displaying some of the other props used in the production, and we'll have plenty of DVD’s to give away.
