The webseries stars John Broughton, Michael Bednar and Holly Bednar with an ensemble cast.  Series premise simply put, “New Ship, New Crew, New Adventures – but all based on the era of Classic Trek.”

Starship Farragut was conceived by John Broughton in November 2004 and officially launched in July 2005.  An official series trailer was released in January 2006 with their pilot, “The Captaincy” premiering in February 2007.  Over the years and with each production, the Farragut Films’ team has strived for excellence and improving each adventure.  As the project has evolved, so have the TREK SETS, which are housed in Studio 2 located in Kingsland, Georgia. With an almost 10,000 sqft facility – it’s literally the largest collection of free-standing Star Trek sets on planet Earth!

Working in partnership with NEO f/x since inception, Farragut Films has produced two animated episodes featuring Star Trek alum and Starship Farragut’s live-action cast that captures the essence of the 1970's Emmy-Award Winning Series from FILMATION.  Starship Farragut’s “For Want of a Nail” and “A Rock and a Hard Place” at the Wrath of Con Film Festival located in Panama City, Florida for 2008 and 2009 respectively.
